applying expert techniques to ensure a secure and stable fit for transit.
Whether you are loading a long-distance storage unit, tackling a DIY U-Haul move, or simply rearranging heavy items within your home,
we bring the integrity, experience, and specialized equipment needed to get the job done right.
Our Transparent Labor Only Rates
We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. All labor-only services include a 2-hour minimum.
- 2-Man Professional Crew: $160 / hr
- 3-Man Professional Crew: $240 / hr
- 4-Man Professional Crew: $320 / hr

Unlike standard "gig" labor, our professional crews arrive prepared to work efficiently:
- Professional Equipment: We bring our own professional-grade dollies, 4-wheelers, and specialized moving tools to every job at no extra cost.
- Assembly & Disassembly: Standard furniture assembly and disassembly (beds, tables, etc.) are included in your hourly rate—we don't charge "per-item" fees.
- Expert Leads: Your move will be handled by experienced professionals who understand how to protect your home and your belongings.
Service Details & Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Availability: Our team is booked for the specific duration requested at the time of reservation. While we strive to be flexible, staying beyond the scheduled window is subject to crew availability and is not guaranteed.
- Customer-Provided Supplies: As this is a labor-only service, you are responsible for providing the rental truck or container, as well as protective moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap, and tape. For your convenience, we can provide professional-grade moving tape and stretch wrap for a fee if you prefer not to supply your own. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to add this to your service.
- Service Limitations: To ensure safety and liability standards, our movers do not provide appliance unhooking or re-hooking services (washers, dryers, or refrigerators).
To get the most out of our pro-labor, please have the following ready:
- Furniture Pads/Blankets: 1 dozen for every 5-8 large items.
- Plastic Stretch Wrap: 1 large roll (20" wide).
- Packing Tape: 3-4 rolls of heavy-duty shipping tape.
- Mattress Bags: To keep your beds clean inside the truck/container.
- Tie-down Straps/Rope: 4-6 straps to secure the load for transit.
Note: Since we are not using our company truck, these protective items are not stocked by our crew but are essential for a scratch-free move!
