Included in the Key Handover Clean:

• Kitchen (The Heart of the Home)
  • Appliances: Inside & outside of the oven and microwave, if applicable.
  • Refrigerator: Inside, outside, top, and behind (if reachable).
  • Cabinets/Drawers: Vacuumed and wiped out (inside and out)
  • Countertops: Sanitized and polished.
  • Sink: Scrubbed, sanitized, and chrome fixtures polished. 
  • Dishwasher: Exterior wiped; filter checked/cleaned.
• Bathrooms (Sanitize & Shine)
  • Tub/Shower: Deep scrub of grout, tiles, and basins; soap scum removal.
  • Toilet: Sanitize inside and out (including base and behind).
  • Vanity: Inside and outside of drawers/cabinets.
  • Mirrors: Streak-free cleaning.
  • Fixtures: All chrome/metal polished and water-spot free. 
• Living Areas & Bedrooms
  • Baseboards: Detailed dusting and wet-wipe (often missed by others!).
  • Closets: Shelves wiped, and floors vacuumed. 
  • Ceiling fans: Blades dusted (hand-wiped if greasy).
  • Window Sills: Wiped clean of dust and dead insects. 
  • Light Switch/Outlets: Sanitized and wiped of finger smudges. 
• Floor & Entryways
  • Hard Floors: Swept and damp-mopped (all corners).
  • Carpets: High-power vacuuming (edge tool used).
  • Entry Doors: Thresholds swept; glass doors cleaned. 
  • Garage/Patio: Swept clean of debris (The Apex Extra!).

• Bathrooms
  • The Deep Scrub: Toilets, tubs, and showers sanitized and polished.
  • Mirror Finish: All mirrors and glass surfaces left streak-free.
  • Vanity Prep: Inside of drawers and vanity tops wiped. 
• Floor & Final Finish
  • Full Vacuum: All carpets and area rugs thoroughly vacuumed. 
  • Sweep & Mop: Hard wood floors swept and mopped thoroughly. 
  • Final Walk-through: All trash removed and air quality checked.

• 2BR/1-2BA (up to 1,500sq.ft.) = $345
• 3BR/1-2BA (up to 2,200sq.ft.) = $465
• 4BR+ (2,200+sq.ft) = $625+

Move-In Clean

• Studio/1BR/1BA (up to 1,000sq.ft) = $195
• 2BR/1-2BA (up to 1,500sq.ft.) = $295
• 3BR/1-2BA (up to 2,200sq.ft.) = $385
• 4BR+ (2,200+sq.ft) = $535+

*To provide you with the most accurate flat-rate estimate, our packages are based on standard home sizes. If your home is larger than the tier maximum, don't worry! We simply add $0.22/sq. ft. for the extra space so our team has the time needed to make it shine. 

Example: If you have a 3BR/2BA (up to 2,200 sq. ft.), and your home is 2,400 sq. ft., the math looks like this:

• 200 extra sq. ft. x $0.22 = $44.00 extra.
• Total Estimate: $509.00.
