Service Terms & Policies

 

Terms of Service for Apex Movers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.apexmoversllc.com or requesting an estimate/service from Apex Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Service Estimates & Quotes

  • Accuracy: Estimates provided via the website or phone are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection.
  • Expiration: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Access: The customer is responsible for providing our team with access to the service location at the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee of $150.

4. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
  • Late Fees: Subject to Legal Action if not paid in timely manner.
  • Methods: We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Cashapp, Credit and Debit Cards. Venmo, Cashapp, and Credit Cards are subject to a 3.5% Fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

  • Clear the work area of debris or personal items.
  • Secure pets and ensure the safety of our staff while on-site.
  • Disclose any known hazards (e.g., hidden pipes, electrical issues) prior to work commencing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apex Movers is insured for the services we provide. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the property.
  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Property Access & Preparation

  • Access: The customer agrees to provide our team with unobstructed access to the service area (including gates, utility closets, or crawlspaces) at the scheduled time.
  • Safety: To ensure the safety of our crew and your household, please ensure all pets are secured and children are supervised away from the work area during service.
  • Preparation: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the customer is responsible for moving furniture, fragile items, or debris from the work area prior to our arrival. Apex Movers is not responsible for damage to items left in the work zone.

8. Media & Marketing Rights

  • Photo/Video Documentation: The customer grants Apex Movers permission to take photographs and/or video recordings of the work performed at the property ("Media").
  • Usage: This Media may be used for internal documentation, training, and marketing purposes (including our website and social media).
  • Privacy Guarantee: We value your privacy. We will never include your full name, street address, or recognizable photos of family members in any public marketing materials without your express written consent.
  • Opt-Out: If you prefer that we do not use photos of your property for marketing, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the service.
