SMART MOVES WITH APEX MOVERS

Smart Moves is a FREE community student rewards program created by Apex Movers to recognize academic achievement, encourage improvement, and celebrate students who are working hard in school!

We believe every achievement matters, whether it's earning straight A's or improving a struggling grade.

Smart Moves welcomes K–12 students throughout Montgomery, Autauga, and Elmore counties in Alabama.

Students do NOT have to be customers of Apex Movers to participate. The program is completely free!

Students can earn rewards for A's, B's, and improved grades.

We recognize that academic success looks different for every child. A student who improves from an F to a D deserves encouragement just as much as a student earning an A!

Students may receive up to FIVE rewards during their regular Smart Moves visit, depending on their qualifying grades.

Parents or guardians must complete our online registration form and select an available appointment time.

Please remember that selecting an appointment time does NOT complete your registration. You must finish and submit the entire form to secure your appointment.

 Absolutely! Families may register multiple eligible children.

Appointment lengths are based on the number of participating children:

• 1–3 children: 30-minute appointment
• 4–6 children: 60-minute appointment

Each participating child must be included in the completed registration.

If you uploaded your child's official school-issued report card during registration, you do NOT need to bring another copy unless otherwise notified by Apex Movers via email.

If you did NOT upload a report card, or our team contacted you requesting additional verification, you MUST bring an official physical or digital copy (including screenshots) to your appointment.

All documentation must clearly display the student's name and grades.

Important: A parent or legal guardian must accompany all participating children during their appointment.

 If you uploaded your child's report card during registration, you do NOT need to bring it unless otherwise notified by Apex Movers.

If you did not upload a report card, or our team contacted you requesting additional documentation, you must bring an official physical or digital copy to your appointment.

Forgot it? We don't want any child leaving disappointed! 💙

Your child may select ONE complimentary prize without the required documentation.

Alternatively, you may return between 2:00–2:30 PM with the required report card to participate in the regular rewards program and receive up to five qualifying rewards, subject to availability.

All report cards must clearly display the student's name and grades for verification.

Our team will review submitted report cards before the event. If we are unable to read or verify your child's documentation, we will contact you by email and ask that you bring an official physical or digital copy to your appointment.

If you did not upload a report card during registration, you MUST bring one to your appointment.

All report cards must clearly display the student's name and grades for verification.

We allow a 10-minute grace period from the beginning of your scheduled appointment.

For example, if your appointment is at 10:00 AM, you must arrive by 10:10 AM.

Families arriving after the grace period will need to return during the 2:00–2:30 PM late pickup window, subject to availability, or reschedule for another available event date.

Each student is eligible for ONE regular Smart Moves reward appointment per school year.

This allows us to welcome as many different families as possible!

However, returning students may have opportunities to earn additional recognition through our Level-Up Challenge.

A Level-Up Pass is a special academic challenge for eligible students who have already participated in Smart Moves.

Students are challenged to improve one designated subject grade by at least 10 percentage points between their original report card and their next progress report.

For example, a student who originally received a 59 in math would need a 69 or higher on their next progress report.

Students who successfully meet their goal can redeem their pass for ONE free prize during our designated Level-Up Saturday.

No! Level-Up Saturday will have a designated two-hour walk-in window specifically for students with valid Level-Up Passes.

Students must bring their pass and official grade documentation showing their improvement.

Level-Up Passes are valid only for the next designated Level-Up Saturday and cannot be carried over to future events.

Dates and times will be announced on the Apex Movers Facebook page.

November 7 & November 14, 2026

8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Events are held at our Apex Movers warehouse in Montgomery, Alabama. The exact location and appointment details will be provided to registered families.

Future event dates will be announced throughout the school year.

Yes! We're planning special end-of-year academic recognition, including Academic All-Star certificates for students who maintain A's and B's throughout the school year.

We also hope to recognize students who demonstrate significant academic improvement!

Additional details will be announced as plans are finalized.

Smart Moves is completely FREE. No purchases, moving services, or previous relationship with Apex Movers are required.

This is simply our way of giving back to the communities that support our family-owned business!

Regular Smart Moves reward events are by appointment ONLY. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated during scheduled appointment hours.

The only exception is our designated Level-Up Saturday, which is reserved for eligible students holding valid Level-Up Passes.
